About This Policy
This Refund Policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for Field Assembly LLC ("Field Assembly," "we," "us," or "our") products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. If you have questions, please contact us at [email protected].
1. Subscription Plans
Field Assembly products are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing options. Each product may have its own pricing structure. Current pricing is listed on each product's website.
By subscribing to any Field Assembly product, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Window
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment if the product does not meet their needs. No questions asked. This satisfaction guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans.
The 14-day window begins on the date of the first charge. To qualify, you must submit your refund request within this period. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
After the initial 14-day satisfaction window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscription through the end of that billing cycle, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers who cancel after the 14-day satisfaction window will retain access through the remainder of their annual term. Annual payments are otherwise non-refundable, and we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused months on annual plans.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current annual billing period.
5. Free Trials
Free trials are available for select Field Assembly products. No payment is required during the trial period. When your trial ends, you will have the option to start a paid subscription.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged at the standard subscription rate. The 14-day satisfaction window applies starting from the date of your first charge, allowing you to request a refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The name of the product for which you are requesting a refund
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund (optional)
We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund previous billing periods.
When you cancel, your access to the product will continue through the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded and you will lose access to paid features.
8. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in cases of:
- Extended service outages affecting your ability to use the product
- Billing errors on our part
- Other circumstances where a refund is warranted
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. If you believe your account was terminated in error, please contact us to discuss your situation.
